Warren will not seek re-election

Rep. Edith D. Warren (D-Pitt) will not seek re-election to another term in the North Carolina General Assembly, she announced Tuesday. Warren was first elected in 1998 and will complete seven terms from the 8th House District currently representing Pitt and Warren Counties.
